We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ERP Developer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for recent M.Tech graduates looking to apply their technical expertise in the social impact sector. You will be instrumental in developing, customizing, and maintaining our ERP systems to support our mission-driven operations and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules and functionalities.
- Customize and configure ERP systems based on user requirements and business processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in ERP system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
