We are seeking a motivated ERP Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at TeamLease Services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to leverage their business acumen and technical skills within the fast-paced recruitment and staffing industry. You will be instrumental in developing, customizing, and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline our HR operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, customization, and implementation of ERP modules, focusing on HR and staffing processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal ERP performance.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities.
Contribute to the documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices relevant to the staffing industry.
