We are looking for a driven ETL Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate eager to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in the fast-paced fintech industry. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes that support our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.

Monitor ETL job performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for efficiency.

Develop and maintain documentation for ETL workflows, data dictionaries, and technical designs.

Support data warehousing initiatives and contribute to the overall data architecture.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new data sources and implement data solutions.
