ETL Developer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated ETL Developer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our growing data engineering team in Mangalore. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes to support our aviation operations. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-6 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic startup environment within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement efficient ETL pipelines for data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
- Extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) and transform it into a usable format.
- Load transformed data into target data warehouses or data lakes.
- Develop and maintain data models and database schemas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data quality.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams to understand data requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
- Implement data governance and security best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging ETL technologies and methodologies.
