Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes to support our facility management operations and data analytics initiatives. This role involves working with various data sources, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Extract data from diverse sources including databases, APIs, and flat files.
- Transform data to meet business requirements, including data cleansing, validation, and aggregation.
- Load transformed data into target data warehouses or data marts.
- Develop and maintain ETL jobs, workflows, and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data quality.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Document ETL designs, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
