Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ETO / Electrical Engineer with a unique background in Law (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role will leverage your analytical skills and legal acumen to navigate the complex regulatory and compliance landscape of electrical engineering projects within the technology sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects adhere to all relevant legal standards, contractual obligations, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation from a legal and compliance perspective.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor agreements related to electrical engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian and international electrical safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on intellectual property rights, patent infringements, and licensing agreements relevant to electrical designs and technologies.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes or contractual disagreements that may arise during project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and legal counsel to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting electrical engineering and technology projects in India.
- Prepare legal documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
