Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Executive with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Guwahati. The Event Executive will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of various corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities for Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the region. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating successful event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, product launches, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and on-site setup.
Assist in budget management and tracking expenses for all events.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs according to plan.
Collect feedback post-event and prepare reports on event success.
Maintain event databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
