Event Executive

Role Summary: The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various marketing and promotional events for ITC's FMCG brands across India. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong project management skills to ensure successful event delivery within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including objectives, budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external vendors (venues, caterers, agencies) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown.
• Develop creative concepts and themes for events that align with brand objectives.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event success and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
