Event Executive (LLM Required) - Lucknow

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Executive with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of various entertainment events, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to legal and regulatory compliances. This role requires a unique blend of event management skills and a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of film promotions, music concerts, and other entertainment events in Lucknow and surrounding regions.
* Coordinate with vendors, artists, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
* Manage event logistics, including venue booking, seating arrangements, technical requirements, and artist liaison.
* Ensure all event activities comply with local regulations, licensing requirements, and contractual obligations. Leverage LLM knowledge to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
* Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
* Create event schedules and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
* Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
* Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
* Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, event partners, and other relevant parties.
