Event Planner / Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner/Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of various corporate events for our Hardware & Networking division. This role requires a creative individual with strong logistical and communication skills to ensure successful and impactful events that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conceptualize and plan engaging event themes, activities, and agendas for product launches, client appreciation events, industry conferences, and internal meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, A/V equipment, and staffing.
- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and on-site management to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all participants.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on event success, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in event management to continuously enhance event quality and innovation.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments.
