Event Planner / Manager

Role Summary: The Event Planner/Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities for Air India Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) within India. This role requires creativity, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful and impactful events that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop event concepts and themes that align with AIESL's brand and objectives.

Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, AV technicians, and decorators.

Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, staffing, and transportation.

Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

Oversee event execution on-site, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Manage post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and preparing reports.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Ensure all events comply with AIESL's policies and relevant regulations.
