Event Planner / Manager at HCC

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Planner / Manager with 0-1 years of experience, holding an M.Des degree, to join our growing team at HCC. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events, industry seminars, and stakeholder engagement activities that align with our company's strategic objectives in the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives and a strong design sensibility to create impactful and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.

Develop event concepts, themes, and branding in collaboration with the marketing and communications team.

Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors (venues, caterers, suppliers), and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, setup, AV requirements, and on-site management.

Create event collateral, presentations, and promotional materials, leveraging design skills from M.Des.

Manage guest invitations, registrations, and attendee communication.

Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports for management.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovative event planning techniques.
