Event Planner / Manager role in Packaging & Containers (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner/Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing various company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities, ensuring they align with our brand objectives and are delivered within budget and on time. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and budgets for various corporate events, trade shows, and product launches.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Source and negotiate with venues, caterers, and other event service providers.

Manage event logistics, including setup, teardown, AV equipment, and on-site staffing.

Create event proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.

Ensure all events comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities related to events.
