Events & Banquet Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events & Banquet Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of corporate events, conferences, and banquets for ONGC's various departments and stakeholders. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event analysis to ensure successful and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, seminars, workshops, and banquets from conception to completion.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and service providers to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decor.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Oversee on-site event management, including registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with catering teams to design menus and ensure quality service.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on event success, including feedback and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain an inventory of event supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations during events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing and communication strategies.
