Events & Banquet Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events & Banquet Coordinator to join our growing team at Jio Studios. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and managing various events and banquets hosted by the company, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of all company events, including internal meetings, press conferences, product launches, and entertainment industry gatherings.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and ensure all needs are met.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and staffing.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and proposals.
• Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
