We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Events & Banquet professional to join our dynamic team at Prana Studios in Mumbai. This role is crucial for conceptualizing, planning, and executing various internal and external events, including client presentations, studio tours, workshops, and company celebrations. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to bring a unique design perspective to event planning, ensuring memorable and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of events, aligning with the studio's brand and objectives.

Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budget control, and on-site coordination.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, creative departments) to ensure event success and seamless integration.

Apply design thinking principles to create engaging event layouts, decor, and promotional materials.

Oversee event logistics, including audiovisual equipment, catering, staffing, and guest management.

Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure all events adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
