Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events & Promotions Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and managing various promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement within the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of legal frameworks and promotional strategies to ensure compliant and impactful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and planning of promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns across different regions in India.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events, including logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
- Develop and implement creative promotional strategies aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Analyze the effectiveness of events and promotions, providing reports on ROI and key performance indicators.
- Ensure all promotional activities and event contracts comply with relevant Indian laws and regulations, leveraging LLM knowledge.
- Manage event-related documentation and legal agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and promotions.
