Events & Promotions Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Events & Promotions Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing engaging events and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for our BPM services in the Indian market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies and promotional plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budget control, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Create compelling marketing collateral and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, digital content) for events and campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless event execution and campaign success.
- Track and analyze event performance and campaign ROI, providing regular reports to management.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the BPM industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and promotions.
