Events & Promotions Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Events & Promotions Manager to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events and promotional campaigns for Hidesign's presence in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales objectives through strategic event management and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budget control, logistics, and on-site execution for store launches, product showcases, and seasonal promotions.

Create and execute innovative promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, in-store, print) to drive foot traffic and sales.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign integration.

Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to maximize event and promotion reach.

Analyze event and campaign performance, providing detailed reports on ROI, key learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in events and promotions.
