Events & Promotions Specialist (3-4 Yrs) in Fitness & Wellness

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Promotions Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our Surat team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement within the fitness and wellness sector. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the health and fitness industry. A graduate degree in any discipline is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional campaigns and events for Cult.fit centers and initiatives in Surat.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management.
- Develop engaging promotional materials and content for various channels (social media, local advertising, in-center promotions).
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of events and promotions, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company guidelines and local regulations.
