Events & Promotions Specialist (3-5 Yrs) in Textile & Apparel

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Events & Promotions Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for our textile and apparel products. This role does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative event and promotion strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Manage end-to-end execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination.

Coordinate promotional campaigns across various channels, including retail outlets, digital platforms, and print media.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful event outcomes.

Track and analyze event performance, ROI, and promotional campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports.

Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new promotional opportunities.
