Ex-Serviceman Armed Security Guard

Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a disciplined and vigilant Ex-Serviceman Armed Security Guard for its facility in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in security operations, preferably within a defence or industrial environment. This role requires a strong sense of duty, alertness, and the ability to follow protocols diligently. A Post Graduation degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage to company property.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security checks on personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
- Maintain a log of security activities and incidents.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain physical fitness and readiness to respond to emergencies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
