Ex-Serviceman Armed Security Guard (Contract) | Mangalore

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly educated and experienced Ex-Serviceman to join our security team as an Armed Security Guard on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and 2-4 years of experience in a relevant security or defence role. This position requires a strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance of designated areas within the facility in Mangalore.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively.
- Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of security activities, incidents, and observations.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to junior security personnel, if applicable.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness at all times.
