Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Ex-Serviceman Armed Security Guard with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to ensure the safety and security of our electrical equipment manufacturing facility in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining order, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to security incidents. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.
- Enforce company policies and regulations related to security and safety.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, and take appropriate action to resolve situations.
- Conduct security checks and inspections of personnel, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the facility.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of security-related activities.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors regarding security procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Possess a thorough understanding of physical security measures and potential threats in an industrial setting.
- Utilize analytical skills gained from M.Sc education to assess security risks and implement preventive measures.
