Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the security operations at our office premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, assets, and property, and for maintaining a secure and orderly environment. This role requires a proactive approach to security management and the ability to lead a team of security personnel effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the security team, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Manage access control for visitors, employees, and deliveries.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security alarms, taking appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, visitor logs, and patrol activities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Train and guide junior security staff on security procedures and best practices.
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the office environment, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
