Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our Noida campus. The ideal candidate will leverage their military background and M.Com education to ensure a safe and secure environment for our employees and assets. This role requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the security team, ensuring adherence to all security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Manage access control systems, visitor management, and surveillance equipment.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies when necessary.
- Train and mentor security personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and vigilance.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of security resources and manage the security budget effectively, leveraging financial acumen from M.Com background.
- Liaise with HR and Administration departments on security-related matters, including background checks and employee safety.
- Uphold the company's reputation and values while ensuring a secure working environment.
