Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Ex-Serviceman to join our team as a Security Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations at our industrial facility, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and property. This role requires a proactive approach to security management and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day security activities at the assigned L&T facility.

Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises, identifying and reporting any security breaches or potential risks.

Manage and train the security guard team, ensuring they are proficient in their duties and adhere to company policies.

Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment.

Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.

Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and visitor logs.

Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations.
