Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor - Technology (Guwahati) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at our Guwahati technology campus. The ideal candidate will have a background in defense services and a postgraduate degree, with 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory security role. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities, maintaining order, and implementing robust security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring adherence to schedules and performance standards.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage access control systems, visitor management, and material gate passes.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain security equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Train and mentor security personnel on security protocols and best practices.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security alerts or anomalies.
- Foster a culture of security awareness among all employees and visitors.
