Executive Chef

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary innovation and operations. In this unique role within the beauty and personal care industry, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative food and beverage offerings that align with our brand's ethos of wellness, natural ingredients, and holistic beauty. This includes menu development, quality control, kitchen management, and ensuring a delightful culinary experience for our customers and internal events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative menus for cafes, events, and product collaborations, focusing on healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and on-trend culinary creations.
• Source high-quality, fresh, and often organic ingredients, prioritizing local and sustainable options.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with FSSAI regulations and best practices.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Control food costs and inventory, implementing efficient purchasing and waste reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create unique culinary experiences and co-branded products.
• Stay abreast of current culinary trends, dietary needs, and innovations in the food and wellness sectors.
