Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations within our corporate campus in India. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision, ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a creative and strategic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative and diverse menus for all dining facilities, catering to a multinational workforce with varied dietary preferences and requirements.
- Manage all kitchen operations, including food procurement, inventory control, waste management, and budget adherence.
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP, FSSAI standards).
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with HR and administration to manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage catering for corporate events, meetings, and special functions.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, new ingredients, and best practices in the food service industry.
