Executive Chef for M.Com Graduates (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Chef with 1-3 years of experience, preferably with an M.Com background, to manage our corporate dining facilities in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a finance-savvy individual looking to apply their analytical skills in a culinary management setting. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, menu planning, inventory management, and cost control within the organization's catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily menus, ensuring variety, nutritional balance, and adherence to budget.
- Manage food and beverage inventory, including procurement, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Control food costs by analyzing purchasing, production, and sales data; prepare financial reports.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Collaborate with management to develop catering strategies and event plans.
