Executive Producer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Executive Producer to lead the development and execution of engaging video content for MakeMyTrip. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry and a proven track record of producing high-quality digital content. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage video content strategy aligned with MakeMyTrip's brand and marketing goals.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle, including pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, casting), production (shooting, directing), and post-production (editing, sound design, color correction).
• Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and product teams to conceptualize and execute video projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project completion.
• Direct and guide production crews, ensuring creative vision and technical quality are maintained.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and digital storytelling.
• Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights for future content optimization.
