Executive Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Executive Producer to lead the development and execution of high-impact digital content and campaigns for Reliance Retail's various brands and platforms. The Executive Producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content production, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams within the retail and digital media space.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative digital content strategies and campaigns that drive brand engagement and sales.
* Manage end-to-end production of various content formats, including video, social media assets, website content, and interactive experiences.
* Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including content creators, designers, videographers, and editors.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure content is aligned with overall business goals and customer journeys.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all content projects.
* Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and production.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.
* Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards.
