Executive Producer

Role Summary: The Executive Producer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of high-quality video and multimedia content for HDFC Bank's corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal training initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex production workflows, leading creative teams, and delivering impactful content within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies for various multimedia projects, aligning with HDFC Bank's brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting), production (directing, shooting, sound recording), and post-production (editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound mixing).
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control throughout the production process.
- Source and manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and digital media.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to legal and compliance standards relevant to the BFSI sector in India.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar and production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
- Measure and report on the performance of video content, providing insights for future content development.
