Executive Producer (3-4 Yrs) | Bangalore

We are seeking an Executive Producer with 3-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The Executive Producer will be instrumental in overseeing the development and execution of high-impact content and strategic initiatives within the BFSI sector. This role requires a unique blend of legal acumen, creative direction, and project management expertise to ensure all content aligns with regulatory standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production of diverse content formats, including digital campaigns, internal communications, and regulatory disclosures.
- Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver content that is both engaging and legally sound.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of all production activities.
- Interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, concise, and compelling communication strategies.
- Oversee script development, storyboarding, and content review processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Source and manage external vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality output.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content production and legal communication within the BFSI space.
- Provide strategic guidance on content initiatives that support business growth and enhance brand reputation.
