Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of exit strategies for various projects or business units.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure all exit-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to asset disposition, contract closures, and stakeholder communications.

Support in conducting due diligence and risk assessments for ongoing exit processes.

Prepare reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of exit management activities.

Learn and apply company policies and procedures relevant to exit management.
