Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Exit Management professional with 2-4 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the smooth and efficient exit process for various projects and initiatives within the entertainment sector, ensuring all legal, financial, and operational aspects are meticulously handled.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end exit process for film projects, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.

Liaise with legal, finance, and production teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals for project closures.

Maintain accurate records of all exit-related activities, including financial settlements, asset disposition, and stakeholder communication.

Assist in the preparation of post-project reports and conduct post-mortem analyses to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Manage communication with external vendors and partners during the exit phase, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding matters.

Support the development and implementation of standardized exit management procedures and best practices.
