- Handle customer inquiries regarding service cancellations and exits.
- Process exit requests accurately and in a timely manner.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and exit data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support, Operations) to resolve customer issues and improve retention strategies.
- Identify trends in customer exits and provide insights to management.
