Exit Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Exit Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and streamlining the exit processes for our multinational operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate exit strategies, compliance, and stakeholder communication within a global context. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end exit lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing disruption, and maximizing value realization. This includes coordinating with legal, finance, HR, and operational teams across different regions, developing and executing exit plans, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive exit strategies for various business units and international entities.
• Manage all aspects of the exit process, including asset disposition, contract termination, employee transitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Finance, HR, Operations) and external stakeholders (advisors, regulators, buyers).
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on exit progress and financial implications.
• Mitigate risks associated with exit processes and ensure compliance with international laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, divestitures, or exit management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of financial, legal, and operational aspects of business exits.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
