Exit Management Specialist

Role Summary: The Exit Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the smooth and compliant exit of projects, programs, or business units within HAL's Defence & Aerospace operations in India. This role requires meticulous planning, execution, and coordination to ensure all contractual, financial, legal, and operational aspects of an exit are handled effectively, minimizing risks and maximizing value realization. The specialist will work closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive exit strategies for projects, programs, or business units.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, HR, and operational teams to ensure all exit requirements are met.
• Manage contract closures, asset disposition, and knowledge transfer processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian regulations, defence policies, and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential exit challenges.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and suppliers, during the exit process.
• Prepare detailed reports on exit progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Oversee financial reconciliation and closure of all associated accounts.
