Exit Management Specialist

Role Summary: The Exit Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing the smooth and compliant exit of various business units, assets, or partnerships within Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. This role requires a strategic approach to minimize disruption, maximize value, and ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive exit strategies for designated business units or assets.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments related to the exit process.
• Coordinate with internal legal, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage external stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, regulators, and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws, corporate regulations, and contractual obligations during the exit.
• Oversee the transfer of assets, intellectual property, and liabilities.
• Manage employee transition, including communication, severance packages, and outplacement services.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on exit progress and outcomes to senior management.
