We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a technical background (B.Tech/B.E.) and have a deep understanding of coffee preparation, customer service, and operational efficiency in a cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based beverages and other coffee drinks with precision and consistency.

Maintain a high level of quality control for all beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and cleaning routines.

Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and assist with stock management.

Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging your B.Tech/B.E. background to optimize workflow and identify areas for improvement.
