Exploration and Production Director

Role Summary: The Exploration and Production Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the exploration and production lifecycle within our upstream oil and gas BPM services. This role requires strategic leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and innovation for our clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for exploration and production activities, aligning with client objectives and market trends.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams involved in geological surveys, seismic data analysis, reservoir engineering, and field development.
• Oversee the entire E&P value chain, from prospect identification and appraisal to production optimization and decommissioning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance exploration success rates and production efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the E&P operations.
