Exploration and Production Director

Role Summary:
The Exploration and Production Director will be responsible for overseeing and driving innovative strategies for the development and enhancement of new and existing hospitality ventures within India. This role requires a visionary leader to identify growth opportunities, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful launch and operational efficiency of new hotel properties and F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential new markets and locations for hotel and restaurant development across India.
• Develop and implement comprehensive exploration strategies, including feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to launch, including site selection, design, construction, and pre-opening operations.
• Manage relationships with developers, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive innovation in product development and service offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the Indian hospitality market.
• Develop and manage budgets for exploration and production initiatives, ensuring financial viability and ROI.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the hospitality sector in India.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
