Exploration and Production Director

Role Summary: The Exploration and Production Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's upstream oil and gas exploration and production activities within India. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive exploration strategies to identify and acquire new hydrocarbon reserves.
• Oversee all production operations, ensuring efficient and safe extraction of oil and gas.
• Manage capital and operational budgets for exploration and production activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of geoscientists, reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, and production engineers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations in India.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve exploration success rates and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Manage relationships with joint venture partners and service providers.
