Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and legally astute individual for the role of Exploration and Production Director, specifically tailored for candidates with an LLB degree and 0-2 years of experience. This entry-level position within our prestigious Hotels & Restaurants group will involve understanding and contributing to operational efficiency and strategic growth from a legal and regulatory perspective. You will work closely with senior management and legal teams to ensure compliance and support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the research and interpretation of relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the hospitality sector, particularly in areas of operational expansion and new venture exploration.
Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and leases related to property acquisition, development, and operational partnerships.
Conduct due diligence for potential new business ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships, identifying legal risks and compliance issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all operational processes and expansion plans adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal support for day-to-day operational queries and dispute resolution.
Maintain organized records of legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
