Exploration Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Exploration Manager to identify and assess new renewable energy project opportunities across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the exploration and feasibility studies for potential wind, solar, and other renewable energy sites, ensuring alignment with ReNew Power's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential sites for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, etc.) across various regions in India.

Conduct comprehensive site assessments, including resource analysis, land availability, grid connectivity, and environmental impact.

Lead feasibility studies and techno-economic evaluations for prospective projects.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (government agencies, local communities, landowners) to secure project sites.

Develop and manage exploration budgets and timelines.

Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on exploration findings and recommendations for senior management.
