Role Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Exploration Manager with a strong legal background to join our Ludhiana office. This role is pivotal in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, market trends, and potential strategic partnerships within the accounting and auditing sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal expertise to assess risks, ensure compliance, and contribute to the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the accounting and auditing industry.
Evaluate potential new service lines, client segments, or geographic expansions.
Utilize legal knowledge (LLB) to assess regulatory landscapes, compliance requirements, and potential legal risks associated with new ventures.
Develop business cases and proposals for new initiatives, including financial projections and strategic rationale.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, service line leaders) to gather information and build consensus.
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities.
