Role Summary:
Air India is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exploration Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Sc graduate passionate about contributing to the strategic development and operational efficiency of our aviation services. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and supporting data-driven decision-making within the exploration and planning departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and identifying new routes, market trends, and potential business development opportunities within the aviation sector.
- Support the analysis of operational data, passenger traffic, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and business case development for new projects or service enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to gather information and provide analytical support.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in aviation management.
- Participate in site visits and stakeholder engagement activities as required.
