We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exploration Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a foundational understanding of market research, project feasibility, and regulatory landscapes, leveraging their B.Pharma background to bring a unique perspective to data analysis and scientific problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential projects in infrastructure, transport, and real estate development.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Assist in the development of business cases and proposals for new ventures.
Gather and interpret data related to project viability, including financial, technical, and environmental aspects.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, engineering) to assess risks and opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for senior management.
Stay updated on relevant government policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Apply analytical skills developed during B.Pharma studies to evaluate complex datasets and identify patterns.
